2023 TOS Birding in Panama with Susan Foster

Before registering attendees must be sure they are able to ascend and descend four flights of stairs daily, own a U.S. passport that is valid through March 4, 2024, submit COVID-19 vaccination card showing at least two vaccinations and most recent booster, and sign a liability waiver form. After the trip is deemed a go, participants must buy travel insurance. We will offer the names of several companies for this requirement.

The cost of the trip includes lodging, meals, daily tours with a local guide, and local transportation.

Waiver Statement:

Proof of Covid-19 full vaccination (this means at least 2 doses of an approved vaccine and the most recent booster). Participants will text or email legible images of their vaccination cards to Frances Cerbins at fcerbins@yahoo.com or 512-694-7924.
Proof of purchase of acceptable travel insurance covering emergency medical and evacuation/repatriation expenses sent to Frances as described above. We will provide links to 2 or 3 companies in the payment confirmation email.
All participants must sign our liability waiver form which we will send with the payment confirmation.
Ability to safely ascend and descend four flights of stairs daily.
